Live Your Dream Award

Women who serve as the primary wage earners for their families and who are enrolled in an undergrad program or vocational/skills program can now apply for the Soroptimist Live Your Dream Award. 

This is an award to help offset the costs of obtaining higher education and can be used toward any number of things including tuition, childcare, transportation, or any other education-related expense. The application deadline is November 15. 

SI of the Salem Area will provide a cash award of up to $1,000 to its award recipient, who will then advance to the Soroptimist Northwestern Region level, where recipients could receive up to an additional $5,000. The program culminates with three finalist $10,000 awards.
